Our model for rural engagement is only possible and cost-effective through a durable all-terrain vehicle. We use a donated customized Iveco 4x4 truck to store medical supplies and traverse harsh landscapes deep in the African bush. With a payload of 6 tons, our mobile clinic is the most dependable option to achieve our mission.
The rig provides an inviting living space (full amenities) for medical professionals of nearly any variety while securely reaching the farthest corners of East Africa. Our skilled volunteers come on once-in-a-lifetime expeditions into the bush to perform vital health interventions for underserved communities.
Outside of our own missions, ZOS serves as a logistics partner for nonprofits and charitable organizations working towards helping rural communities access health services. We are excited to host and partner with international development actors within the scope of health, wellness, and research in East Africa.
Our flagship truck offers power, water, work space and living quarters for six people on trips of up to two weeks at a time. If you'd like to implement a project in East Africa and require transportation and mobile capability, ZOS can assist transporting your team to remote areas or execute full deployment of our mobile infrastructure to host your team in remote locations. Please contact us to discuss your project and how we can help you attain your goals.
